Birge & Held is pleased to announce that Therese Cochran, CPM, CAPS joined the firm as the newly appointed Director of Property Management, Client Assets. In this new role, Cochran serves as the head of Birge & Held’s Third-Party Management platform. While primarily focusing on optimizing client asset accounts, Cochran also acts as the in-house LIHTC and Project-Based 8 expert.
Birge & Held’s award-winning management team offers owners a fully integrated real estate platform, developing innovative solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce operating costs to optimize the value of the owner’s real estate portfolio.
Cochran brings more than 25 years of real estate management expertise to the firm. She has leased, managed and repositioned billions of dollars in multifamily assets.
In addition to holding a BA in Real Estate Management from Pierce College, Therese has earned several industry designations including:
