Jennifer has held several positions ranging from Leasing to Multi-Site Manager. She joined Birge and Held in the early part of 2016 and was named Employee of the Month in May. She continued to show her talents and quickly move into a District Manager role. In September of 2017, Jennifer transitioned into the role of Training Director for the company. While in this position, Jennifer has created a company-wide training program called Birge and Held Essentials that is used for employee onboarding and on-going training for our site teams. Jennifer now also manages a team of 6 employees dedicated to the training and support of our Birge and Held teams.
During her career, Jennifer has gained a wealth of experience in the areas of conventional housing, student housing, parking management, and large-scale commercial property management, as well as total property rehab projects and large capital spends. She has also become an expert on our RealPage ® software programs and has successfully completed over 60 full-scale migrations.
Jennifer has been active in local associations and served as Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Tippecanoe Apartment Association from 2010 to 2013. Today she remains active in the Indiana Apartment Association and continues to volunteer on committees each year.

Craig brings nearly two decades of experience in the multifamily industry to Birge & Held. Prior to joining the firm, Craig spent 13 years with an affordable housing developer where he had oversight of thousands of new construction and acquisition apartment units.
