Birge & Held began with a married couple purchasing a duplex in Indianapolis. Since this humble beginning in 2008, we have expanded into a multi-faceted organization that continues their vision. The core purpose of Birge & Held still remains the same today as it did in the beginning: to create thriving communities.
Who We Impact
At Birge & Held, we believe in helping our neighbors. That means we collaborate with programs and nonprofits to benefit our neighborhood as a whole. Whether that be temporary rental assistance, community gardens, or job security—we are always looking for ways to positively impact the world we live in.
